Hm. Okay.

There are three houses of Government.

Legislative Branch is run by Senate and House of Representatives which together are known as Congress (I think I am really tired so am likely to err a bit). We can directly vote for Congressman and Senators.

The Judicial Branch of Government which the top of it is the Supreme Court. Those are picked by the President and approved by Congress.

The Executive Branch, which is the President. Those are elected by the people, but through the Electoral college.

...Just watched the old indiana jones movie tonight. After spending the last few days studying feminism in english, I realize that that movie really is quite sexist I don't really care, though...it's only a movie.
