This document is a testament to the treaty between the nations of:
Sand and Mist

Conditions For Mist:
Any territory gained is Sand's 70/30, sand will divide the territiory.
The Mist Swordsmen must be given fair stats and lose any stats not earned.
Access to the Mist Council.

Conditions For Sand:
(Mist must fill in the conditions that they would like.)

Conditions For Both Villages:
Sand And Mist are recognized as no longer enemies on the site and no treason of any kind will be allowed.
Exchange for this alliance Mist will get the full backing of Sand force in military excursions against any village.
Sand and Mist must agree to the war or no help will be given.

By signing this document you are agreeing to any and all conditions outlined in this treaty.

got it ^^ you get me the people we can do it ^^ and if we gat alot i may ask some of you to help me simualte battle for them so they know how the fights are i cna pass them fast through the first class in less than 10 min

well...so im guessing that we've decided to side with mist..which is cool...

well...im all for war...i mean...it seems like the site is really taking off...our advertising thing is going well, the paper is doing good, our academy is livlier(idk how to spell) than it was...and to top it off we're going to war??!!! i think this is the best of sand...and best of WOTN in a while...and i dont think there's a site like this

but...i really am lost about fighting nd stuff...and umm...i'd actually like to revise jakes treaty if thats ok...so when we need it (whenever)...it'll look good...not sayin that it looks bad now..but i wanna throw in a lil SUNA AUTHOR flavor...if i may...and after if anybody would like to fill me in on how to fight...i'll try my hardest to learn and get back in the fighting state of mind...it'll b hard for me...but if suna needs me i'll be there..

also to all heads of sand...i respect your descision of siding with mist...strategicly i think its good...and though there are chances of backfire...those chances are less than if we were with shadow....truth is...we know mist more...we've had more history...i think i was there..or at least saw the first thread that stated Q wanted to go to war w/ jose....but numbers at that time were small...somewhere in june or july...and look now...almost a year later...and we are going to war...but maybe even with mist....amazing..

lastly...idk if this has been said yet...or even done yet...but i think a call to arms should be arranged...to any still loyal to the village hidden in the sand...they should be PM'ed asap...we are in dire need of all members of sand...and we need to show our supremacy and power in numbers...because thats what we do best...but if this has been done already (srry too lazy to read frm pg 1. to pg 9) please disreguard this...

oh yea...for some reason...this kinda (not all the way) sounds like WOTN chronicles...well isnt that ironic??

Hey Choushi, if you can do anything to the treaty, though I like it, Post it up and we'll look at it. Mhm Calling to arms and gathering the Sand Shinobi is the next step we need to follow Choushi.

OK! Time for my input and yes i actually read all 9 pages.
I dont really like the idea of fighting against Xavier but it seems you are all excited about the treaty with Mist. I dont trust them either and i'll be keeping watch but i'll respect the majority decision.

Besides, the only village that would get mad about us not siding with them would be Mist. I dont think Shadow would care if we didn't side with them, but they may get a little steamed about being teamed up on.

I think out of the two the only Village capable of commiting treason against us would be Mist. Treason would be planed by a kage after all and since PF is never on i dont think it could have been arranged. But im pretty sure the treaty will deal with that.

Also from what i can gather from End, im pretty sure Shadow has no idea this is coming. I mean you did tell everyone in the thread where you told us about Jose's offer not to say anything. That may be the reason they did not ask for an alliance. But who knows.

Lastly what does the losing village actually lose?

Territory. Mostly. That's pretty much it.

I meant the alliance between Sand and Mist. End seemed to think the war was going to be between us and Mist and he was trying to figure out who he would request they side with.

The alliance will blind side them. Of course that could be a good thing and it may resolve this without casualties. But wasn't the point of us joining the war to encourage poeple to recruit and gain stats and stuff like that?

Yes, that would be a benefit of war?

So what happens if our alliance with Mist makes them surrender without an actual war?

Seems like it'd be a waste to me.

Just because I have a feeling Glacier and for sure, Storm will ally with Shadow.

It just makes sense, from what I learned last war, the "Agressor" usually doesn't get allies. Plus, allying with Shadow would not increase our chances, and if we went to war with Mist (Which would surely enrage Jose) That doesn't increase the chance of a Shadow and Mist alliance, thus likening ourselves to a still short war.

In the end, this war will probably last. And if it doesn't, we will still see Sand Dominance come to last.

Now about why Storm and Glacier wont come to us.

Dei is overall, for some reason despite all our talks, more in league with PF and more in league with Death, both Shadow Nin. She will probably push her village to Shadow, with minor opposition.

Now Storm will be more interesting. Though Shadow has ties and controls Bloodly, and because of Sado and my own Debate disputes I can't see him wanting to deal with me. But interestingly the older villagers, such as silver, Unknown, and maybe even Poet will be remembering all we have done for them. Plus, Amaterasu is in Mist, and he was their last Vice Kage.

Which means, we will probably not get Storm's alliance, but we will probably Storm Support, or some defectors and loyalists in Storm.

Leaving a pretty strong alliance block. Which is expected. And according to my Nin in the Bachtarai Clan, he does suspect a war is coming.

Doesn't Dei like to stay nuetral though?

She does, but I am sure she will be swayed to see Shadow's way by Shadow insiders. And even so, I just don't see her pulling off neutrality like in the past.

I just thought of a problem. I share the comp with End.

If we go to war he may not let me online, especially if he feels the need to head the resistance, which im sure he will, thats just the way he is.
