Okay, that's just sad.  Any Gennin/Chunnin on any team shoulda voted.  So, we need to raise awareness of what's going on in the village too.

All right I-fan.... what can we do to raise Sand awareness about the Sand community?

well, we are creating the newspaper headed by menchi, I think that will provide a lot of awareness. If not I think we should maybe warn the people who don't post at all. If they aren't serious anout the site/village they are of no help to us of making it better

True... but what are you gonna do if they don't post?  Kick 'em outta the village?

well, maybe we can give them negative jutsu points or something

If they don't post they don't matter, but no we wouldn't kick them out silly gooses.

What we really simply need to do is get bigger. That's the answer to about 90% of our problems.

Naruto has.... villagers.  Just plain villagers.  Ones who aren't ninjas.  Here at WOTN we force them to be ninjas, at least as far as Gennins.  ...and there's no way to advance except through ninja stuff...

Right...but who the freedom would not want to be a ninja? On a ninja series?

I dunno!  I'm just making things up as I go!  Isn't it possible, though, that somebody would want to hang out with us and not be a ninja? I can't think straight right now... I need a shower, a nap, and to go vote...

why in heavens not?  I'm not all that gung-ho about being a ninja, because I don't like fighting and that's mostly what a ninja does, but I'm here all the time!

Naruto also has medi-nin, Atasuki, and ANBU (which we've tried) and Clans.  Lots of clans.  ...plus the 'root' division, whatever that is.

Personally, I think we should have LOTS of clans.  Maybe they're not all recognized as clans outta the Sand village, but they're still clans, you know?

Not me. I think getting 20 clans running in the beggining would be confusing.

It'd still be a pain. Plus each clan would have at tops maybe 3 members. Getting 3 going and then branching off as the village gets larger makes a lot more sense.
