have you done any of the missions a Kage has set up??  Get your ninja stats up, they're usefull in a battle situation...

I haven't seen any that I knew how to do...

Chibi searches are your best training for the Chunnin exams... I can't say any more thatn that, but the chibis could be anywhere.... not just in the forums...
