without chakra...i can sence people's chakra...and hat's a huge advantage that i rarely use in battle...

I still have 10shuriken, all of which do 5 damage. His chakra is blocked and he is out of evades. There is no rule to limit the number of projectiles one can throw. If i am not mistaken.
