Well, this year, as it is my first and only Christmas on WOTN, I decided to be WOTN's version of....
THE GRINCH
You know what this means people! Im stealing all the secret Santa gifts!
Q: "But Zergio, not all the partners have been decided!"
A: Remember the elves that steal your left sock from the dryer? Well, I employed them to snatch your gifts on sight, and replace them with fake ones!
Q: "I don't wanna lose my present! I want it back! GIVE IT BACK!!!
"
A: *bonks you on the head* Listen up. I shall be leaving presents all around WOTN, and if you find one, I'll give your present back.
Q: "But I don't wanna look for them!"
A: Since I do have a heart, I'll give you riddles to find them. Thing is, not everyone is gonna get the same riddles. I want you to sweat finding them!
Q: "What if I don't find them in time? TT_TT"
A: Im also gonna include a riddle in this topic at the end. One person will obviously solve it, and that person will be credited with continuing the story line. If no one actually solves it, then I'll say a Who did it.
Q: "Then whats the point of looking for them?"
A: People who find their gifts, and PM's the location to me, shall be included in the story ending! All those who failed to find it will not. Plus, they'll also recieve the title of "Treasure hunter"
Heres a couple stingers though!
Rules:
1: The riddle you get will point to a specific present in a specific topic. if you find one elsewhere, and PM the location, it will not count.
2: When a present is found, I will remove it, reducing the amount of presents.
3: There will only be 8 presents, and all participants in Mikels list will get riddles. Some people will get the same riddle, so find the present ASAP!
4: The hunt begins Friday the 17th, and ends December 24th at 9PM.
STORY TIME!
Once upon a time, in the land of WOTNOPOLIS, a member of Dragon was sulking all by himself. You see, the City of WOTNOPOLIS's population was seriously down, and everyone decided to move, since they said, with tear filled eyes, "WOTNOPOLIS is a lost cause, less active then a elf".
Now, this boy wasn't sad because of the move, but because it was his very first Christmas at WOTNOPOLIS, and also his last. The problem was, the move was right after Christmas, so he couldn't enjoy the wonderful festivity's that'll soon be in the past.
He then got a idea. A bad idea. A idea that made him grin from cheek to cheek. "To show them how painful this is, I'll steal all of the presents from the important and the meek!"
He went out and stole presents from Scorpion, then Mocking Bird, then Military and Cops. He even stole from Dragon, and Lion, who lost their chops.
He gathered up all the presents, and found a castle to rent online. He took the rent, from the 17th to 24th was the timeline.
"No big deal, with them I'll play a game. I'll shoot t8 presents out of cannons! Now thats not lame~"
He wrapped up the eight, and fired the cannon, sending them flying away. "I'll memorize this, just in case" He did indeed say.
The towns people came up in a furry, a rage, mad at the boy! But then he said "Solve these riddles, and you can have your damn toy!"
"But I only shot 8, so be quick to find them! but solve this extra riddle, and I'll return the rest when the star on the tree shines like a gem"
And so the citizens got their riddles and ran in greed after the presents. Except for a couple of people trying to solve my extra riddle,. the stubborn peasants.
Extra riddle! : I see you, you see me. The brighter the room, the brighter I am. In the dark, I can't show you a thing. I can only see straight at where you face me. Im stuck here at home, and "him", who's a smaller version of me, can go anywhere as you please. and although im not a maid, I show you if your face is dirty, show you your teeth color... in fact, I show you... YOU.
What am I?
(If not solved by the morning of the 24th, a simpler riddle leading to the same item will be placed)
Summery: I stole all the presents. 8 Will be scattered across WOTN, and riddles will be given as to their location. The 8 that find them will be in the final part of the story (notice how no names have been used yet), plus, you'll be known as treasure hunters ^^
