In the East, Destinykil took back part of COP HQ, but SSS took them back shortly afterward. Mikel, meanwhile, took part of Military HQ back from Q and tried to take the other part, but Yoyo defended the part still in the hands of Scorpion and took back what he had taken from Q.
After many battles the war for WOTNOPOLIS ended. Scorpion was in control of the city for the time and the other groups, illegal and legal alike, faded into the background to nurse their wounds. There were some who gained great power during their fights. Mikel of the Military, for instance, had gained mysterious power over the earth about him and was now trapped in his office.
In their base in the Rural part of town, the Scorpions were celebrating their victory. Q was enjoying himself when he bumped into the speakers playing their music; all the power in the building shorted out. SSS, frustrated, shoved Q, leaving his arm half-frozen where she had touched him.
