Oh I wouldn't say u have Insomnia, your sleep pattren is out of wack, I had the same problem just start to go to bed more close the time u fall asleep little by little more to the time u want to sleep, also cut out anyfood u eat before bed not caffeinated drinks...it worked for me ...

Idk It's been a fact for along time, don't eat stuff before u go to bed it will mess u up b/c food is fuel and fuel keeps you going...that and it rots in ur gut.
most likely teenage sleep clock. though if u drink a mass amount of Energy drinks i would stop it might help a bit
