I spend hours upon hours rearranging all the pictures that are saved on my desktop. I don't like any pictures of me with the same shirt side by side, I don't like any anime pictures with the same colors side by side, I don't like anime pictures mixed with pictures of real life people, etc!

I do this too! Not to the extreme you have with different shirts or colors, but I have my flash drive highly organized for what it is I need it for. I couldn't do the color one however, seeing as when I organize my flash drive, I do so by name, so that totally removes the custom organization that could be gone through with your tastes.

I don't delete stuff off my desktop or organize it at all.
Yoyo can attest to that. She sends me random junk off AIM and I once showed her a pic of my desktop~ And it was almost one side of the screen to the other just loaded with random junk.

Feel like a total geek when I got the other screen running a command prompt to open windows on the main screen. ^_^ More crowded, but it makes me feel better.

My grandfather's was a disaster! It was almost like he planned on cleaning his folders, but enjoyed having everything on the desktop for easier access. Not a single folder, none! Not to mention having two shortcuts to Internet Explorer on the desktop! They both led to the same page! I had a nightmare asking to organize it, at least quickly by images, videos, web URL's (he didn't even use the bookmarks feature, he just placed them all on his desktop!), etc...
