First off, removing a program doesn't do anything, other than remove it. In fact, using special software, you can get it back, but why do that when you can reinstall?

Anyway, you have to do things like defragmenting, as it rearranges the files on the hard-drive, allowing for faster access to the files so it doesn't have to jump and skip around to find them. Secondly, there are programs that can wipe free space (because technically, most things you do, do NOT delete things, they just move it to a place that'd be hard to find).

So it takes a while to get a computer up and running.

You see, a friend of mine is knowledgeable about computers. Thats where I got the info from.

And im gonna take a picture to show you what im talking about. I just think a pic of it might help is all ^^ Is is bizare to me, since it is the first time I saw something like that. I don't think it can be labeled as a tower :/
