It can also be made with sausage, really good that way, kinda spicy, but it's made with any kind of meat, really. INstead of toast, it can also be placed on mashed potatoes, waffles, pancakes, etc... Used to be "popular" in the military, my dad got it from the Navy, I think. It's good, but they complained about having it all the time.
