Mhm. I needed to see how big to make the background so everyone could see as much of it as possible. Sadly, those of us with smaller screens can't see the very bottom of the pile of people, but it is both wide enough and tall enough to work. (I was more concerned with the width than anything.)

Out of curiosity, did you set a bgcolor, and a bgimg?

I'm thinking perhaps... you did the blue as the bgcolor, to fill in what the img didn't cover, seeing as the image stops just after the feet of the last person. Then the img was set to the top, and then told to not move.

Just my thoughts on just looking it over. lol

But back to my question earlier, assuming you made it, does this mean you drew the people too?

I made every image on this forum. Except for a couple profile-related images that I haven't had a chance to replace.

I'm glad you can figure out some basic background work.

The group won't be in full view unless you have a tall monitor. The only way to make sure they were fully in view for everyone was to shrink the original group, but the smaller it is the worse the quality of the image. This was a case of deciding which was the lesser of two evils.

That's neat. I wish I could do that. But give me a mouse and an art program and I can't do it. I prefer the notepad program and some keyboard.

Woo, I was right? i haven't done anything with web design in years. I really do need to pick it back up. I stopped at Javascript after doing HTML and CSS.

Hmm... That would stink. Ouch, 2000x675. If it weren't for my Status Bar, I could very well see the whole thing. I should look into a way to shrink my tab bar. Background set to not move, and the image goes way off the casual user's screen res... Small enough for most people, yet wide enough to cover at least 99% of everyone's computer screen. I like that, sucks about the image quality though.

I can't really give a good opinion on the new direction of how the site is going since I never got far in WOTNopolis of whatever it is called. But inside I have mixed feelings. Not that I will be on a lot.

Well, I think we all have some mixed feelings on whether it'll make it or not or it's the best choice for WOTN.

But it was either go this way or quietly die. ^^ I'd rather give it the ole go at making WOTN something bigger than it is then just let it rollover and die. Even if it means changing things up.

In either case, I've noticed I'm a lot more active since this change. I agree that Naruto will only get this site so far now-a-days. There's plenty of Naruto sites out there (Just google "naruto forum" without the quotes. lol), but there's only on Wotnopolis. The Naruto fandom is dying, and with it, the forums that use the anime as a basis. Wotnopolis, while I've yet to read, is a clever way of reinventing the site. I'm all for it. I've already adjusted to the site (yay sleep) and it's layout (still trying to find out where certain things are, but I never really left the "Ramen Shop" anyway).

The world's a changing, no reason a forum can't do the same, and it's encouraging everyone to participate. I applaud the new changes, and can't wait to see how this evolves.

It would seem that activity has grown and I hope it continues to do so. Whether it has to do with the layout change or if it is simply coincidence, I do not care. I simply pray that it continues and that we continue fighting, but do not die.

The Jews of old (before Christ) didn't give up to the Babylonians and they didn't fare so well. However that isn't a reasonable comparison, but it is fun to study

Although a couple days ago, I rubbed my eyes so much they were red with blood veins and people thought I was on something. Which is weird because I am at a Christian University.
