The circle contacts are larger contacts, that make the eye look more like anime eyes. They are bought all over the place. They're currently illegal in the US, but people still have them, regardless.
Yeah... I mean my eyes are kinda squinty but... I don't want anime eyes... I already have freakishly huge contacts because I have astigmatism! D: I don't need bigger ones!
Well, the contacts are colored at the end to make it appear as if you have a larger area of color. But, some people like it, not gonna bash them for it. lol
