What needs to be done is to figure out what exactly the kind of stores are gonna be. Fan art? Works of art? Poetry? I dunno. If the kind of stores that can be made are established, it'll be easier to make one. Heck, I could maybe make one.
And Yoyo has something there. Maybe a monthly income of Ryo if the store remains active/in business. That way, people can gain even more bonuses, and be motivated to keep they're shops open.

how can you create a shop unless it involves direct buying or something like saiya's shop, she sold drawings for ryo. good idea. bad idea would be making everyone and their grandma a weapons shop owner. you need someone who knows the balances of WOTN to make weapons so they arent overpowered as we all armor and such. So the marketplace is really kinda dull. Now with clans comes the clan shop, personalized weapons, health tablets.
ill refer this to pokemon, each town had a shop which yielded old and new items and sometimes one of a kind items, thats what the clan shops should and could be for,

Well, no one is allowed to be the owner of a weapon shop except the Clan Leaders. That's the decision that was made when we closed Bloody's shop.
As far as what we put in there, anything people are willing to buy/sell would be allowed. Let people experiment for the most part. Clearly Saiya's art shop worked well because she had skill and people were willing to buy from her. Other shops didn't go over well and just kinda sit there, never getting, like, any business. Those are the shops that are gonna shut down on their own 'cause (last I checked) they have to pay a monthly fee (or something) to keep in business. (I don't know how well that's being kept up, though.)

Like real life.
