After that day, he became a bounty hunter, one of the best, since his shadow powers keep him from dying.... easily.

How do shadow powers work?

Shadow is one of the hardest to master, since it manipulates the shadows themselves. The skilled can solidify them, pros can use them to "convert" themselves, and masters can do almost anything with them.

Yep! anyone can take the mystery of shadow and morph it. The other elements are prdy much rock solid, but shadow is something that can't be sealed. No matter how much you try to control it, it never always works the way you want it to. It can assist, betray, heal, destroy, almost anything the mind can come up with.

Actually, atoms under a shadow are no different then atoms outside of one, except they are just blocked from the same levels of light as other spots have. So...how do they do that?

Ah, true! But if you're using fiction you'd want it to connect to some level of believability, right?

Truthfully Shadow isn't very powerful unless you compact it somehow. The absence of light is a good way to do that though!

but there is a very thin line between light and shadow, along with shadow and dark.

The absence of light is needed, but if you take away to much light, it becomes darkness instead of shadow.

The two are different, even though some say they're the same thing.
