well, thats one heck of a story. ^_^ But don't you think it may be diff for people. Sure he can do just fine. But I konw if I went 15 days without sleep. I would be nuts.

Sure, but there's a difference between nuts and demonic strength nuts like these guys were, I think.
I mean, we're expected to believe these guys could survive with their organs hanging out, eating no food for around ten days or so, and killing off Russians like they're yesterday's trash collection.
I know if I went 15 days without sleep I wouldn't be able to move I'd be so tired. Let alone rip out my organs, take on the Russian army, and stay awake through a surgery that puts my organs back in place.
