How you have been neglected for the past few months. The past few Mizukages you have had, have done nothing and it's upsetting. I've been with you since I first joined back in January of '08, over two years ago. The ups and downs we've had. The times i've actually been banned. I would never trade it for anything.
I will do whatever I can as a substitute Mizu to keep you standing strong. You need a leader who will take action and make things better. Someone to keep morale high and productivity higher!. Even though i've failed the Jounin Exams twice I still have confidence I can keep you strong. The Mist Village will rise again. Even though the plans to become evil didn't pan out as we had hoped, I still have your back.
Keep your head high and your hopes higher for I shall restore faith in everyone just for you. Do what you do and remain large in members. Changes come soon and you shall not be disappointed.
