Well rasu... it was a Korean Thanksgiving Festival in New Jersey... and it's HUGE.

So I had to work from 8 in the morning until 10 at night yesterday, and today from 8 to now.

I am SO cold and sore... but at least I got practice for janitor school.

If i can get ahold of it Korean, but there is only one Korean mart in the city i live in and they are normally out. So i just got a recipe off of the internet and i make it from scratch.

No the place i go to is family owned. And lucky you, although i kind of prefer making it from scratch myself. I can add ingrediants if i want.

It's really easy... I always add stuff into ramen and it tastes fine. Like when I put rice cakes into it. Or eggs. Or udon stuff.

Well i meant spices mainly but i have added other foods before as well.

I've tried the wannabe American ramen..it was... uh... yeah.

I don't like american ramen...
damn I haven't had ramen in forever.
but I had pizza yesterday =]

being a Korean, I take pride in the art of ramen.
