Global Warming Hacked Emails

Id did, and so on.


So apparently some Russian group or person, have hacked into the University of East Anglia and stole many documents and emails apparently proving Global Warming is false.

What are your thoughts on this?

Right...If you're referring to what I think you're referring to, that's a pretty different story from how I heard it.

Is your story about the hacked Emails?

Its a story about how a bunch of professors and environmentalists got caught in misinforming people and practicing ways to skew their research or ignore research that proved Global Warming false.

Which was why I was confused. Since I think we heard the same story, just different parts.

Though I'm not sure whether a belief in Global Warming really matters persay.

Its a scientific theory. If people can validate it with science and prove the claims against it are false with science, then its all fine and well in my opinion. And then after that they have to prove its manmade.

The problem is, these scientists were caught falsifying evidence for the theory and propping claims, while tossing claims that proved it wrong out.

That's unscientific in every way imaginable. And, to top it off, these were professors and men of great prestige. They should all be ostracized and cut from their jobs, in my opinion. I mean, if you're lying about evidence, you have no business in the Scientific arena.

Its interesting to note that all the proven false stuff that they published was all 'peer reviewed'. So for those of you who believe peer reviewing makes science published articles proven beyond doubt, this incident should show how false that idea is.

I think your having a good idea, but it seems there are a lot of corruption in science and other ares.

Maybe its the scientists who are trying to prove their theories but cannot and refuse to be wrong

Its definitely that. They think they're right, even if the evidence doesn't purport it, they're right. Besides, this is a very political theory. They want their politics to be right more than if they care about the science being there.

Yeah, and that is not good at all, they should be cut from their jobs, because what they say they are doing is not science, even though they claim it is
