by Simple, and not that hard, make a video
it can be about WOTN or anything, but if it promotes WOTN or the mist village that is awesome.
you get
+4 stats in each plus 80 ryo
if someone gets recruited because of the video, you get the reward for recruiting that person
if you don't have a camera, its still easy to make a video,
there is a Print Screen/sysrp button near the top right on your keyboard, click that and it will copy the viewing screen (a screen shot) and paste that into Paint. Edit it with paint, then use it in windows media maker (which is on most windows computers if your using windows) or another movie maker program, each computer should have one, add music or use a microphone to talk and voila, a video done in about a hour.
