Fight in two different battles will get you 5 Stats and 100 Ryo. Not much, but it certainly can gain over time!
And, if you take both the Ninja Academy Class and the Sand Super Secret Training facility class, I'll give you 10 Stats and 300 Ryo.

Now, there is one addition. If you beat two ninja outside our village, then I'll give you 200 extra Ryo. Only because, Sand's gotta win. But don't let that scare you out of fighting. If you know you're gonna lose, battle anyway.
