Currently recruiting new ninja to the site is of utmost importance. I consider posting the bloodstream of Way Of The Ninja. And if that's the case, then new users are the oxygen. So really its one of the most essential parts of the site.
To recruit you must make a new person join the site. Note, person, and not making a new account. No, they don't have to join Sand, though since we're the best you should focus on sending them here or to our Sister Village, Sun.
So for recruiting a new Shinobi you will get 600 Ryo and 8 stats in each category.
But wait! There's a part 2. If you get this new Ninja (That you recruited) into the Ninja Academy and active in a class, and you get them to set up a bank account, and to post 40 posts, you'll get another 600 Ryo and 4 stats in each Category.
Plus, if the new recruit PM's me they did the steps in number 2, I'll give them 10 stats and 400 Ryo. Not much, but its a start for doing things they should already be doing, right?
So essentially:
1. Get someone you know to join the Website. You can recruit on other websites, get a friend in real life, or find some other means. Just do it. After that, 600 Ryo and 8 stats.
2. Get this person to actively join and do Ninja stuff. And you get 600 Ryo and 4 stats.
Doing both parts gives you 1200 Ryo and 12 stats. Certainly not bad and certainly more lucrative then any other village offers.
