Help with what? I can't add people to the clan, so I can't recruit, I can't moderate the forums, etc.

I used to be in this clan I believe.
But I was kicked from it without knowing.

I did remove members who werent doing anything, or have helped domos at all...

Leading by example is stupid. If you're so pathetic you need someone else to lead for you to figure out what's going on then its a good thing I kicked you from Clan Leader status, DF.

Q, leading by example means lead the way you want your followers to act, if you act bad, so will for followers, if you act angry, your followers will think its alright to, etc.

People are accountable to themselves. The leader needs to keep in mind their followers but a follower has no excuse to say just because my leader did it.
