Okay, I have some ideas for helping get Sand going again.

A new welcome squad. You'd go around welcoming all the new users to the site, helping them out. I'd need someone to run it and join in it.

Clans need help. We need to figure out how to work with that...

Bano is working on fixing up the Sand Training grounds.

And if someone would like to go for the Sand Newspaper again, by all means.

Any other ideas, PM me. We'll get to work on them.
