Backround: After the mysterious disappearence of a few Mizukages, the rest of the village decided to go rogue. The village would soon be transformed into a place of straight evil. No holds barred killing ninja. A new leader was selected to lead these ninja machines into the promise land, her name was KarateKeyaQ. During her time of reign, KKQ has transformed the village into a place of maliciousness. The ninja went through intense training. They were injected with a certain chemical giving them kekki genkai abilities. Regardless of artificially making ninjas bloodlining, a new clan was born.
Appearence: All clan members have black point lines that run from their eyes down to their cheeks. This is to show the raw power of the village. The skin has a light shade of blue mixed it. Everytime they breath mist is excreted from their mouths, cold enough to freeze almost anything it touches.
Activation Chant: Rise from the foggy Grave, Freeze my blood and grant me power!
Effects: All jutsus gain +5 to power and +5 from every rank up from chuunin equivalent. New temporary weapons are added to their repetoires, Mist senbon. These senbon do 2 damage altho the user gets 30 of them. When close to death, Users gain another +5 to all jutsus.
Special Jutsus: These jutsus are highly dangerous.
