Well , if you want to know if your buddy is on you can just look at the list at the bottom of the screen.

Well that's the thing our host doesn't use one so we probably can't get one.
But buddy lists are always cool lot's of popular sites have them and it makes PMing people so much easier and funner then when you have no one there. Plus it helps bring people to the site cause they want to expand their buddy lists over other people etc.

They still have buddy lists...Just not the thing that says who is online.
I could care less about that I just want the buddy lists.
But you are right and since this is unlimited Bandwidth that'd be quite the strain. But the profiling they could do...
