it could be related to the "Easy ways of becoming a Genin" forum, and it keeps the village active........
umm, for the people who dont com on very often, use Mist Nin could PM......say you PM 5 people and ask them to come on more oftne and post............then you could get 2-4 stats on everything.....depending on how generous the kage is feeling that day.
