bag into a lake.
I have see dogs being tortured when they have
no food and water to live.
I have see them being kicked and yanked by their necks
when do not so simply follow their owners.

So you drew similarities to us to animals. But we also think like trees sometimes we just want to take root and sit there. I do that. Not a tree though.
Its true I can't see much I am blind in one eye and color deficient.
But in the old days Dogs were just emergency food supply and in some places in the world they still are. So at least we are gradually improving.
