Cherry Coke

Okay, this is a theory on cherry coke that Q may or may not enjoy.

Yesterday at the grocery story, I bought some diet cherry pepsi for three reasons:

1. It was on sale
2. I haven't had cherry coke in a while
3. I was sick of peach tea

Anyway, and I've had a mere four cans since then. ...okay maybe that's not so mere but you get the idea.

Suddenly, I've been spouting off these physics facts that I learned back in September and was determined to forget because I found no use in them, I've been talking like a 19th century poet, and I've been using large words lately. I have never behaved strangely like this before.

So...does that mean that cherry coke/pepsi makes you smarter? State your opinion and reason as to why you do and/or don't agree.

I doubt it, but it does clean grease stains on your car

Hey hey! Look at that. I'd vote it does. Cause I love the stuff.

It's a very sweet drink. It might release an enzyme of some kind to enhance thinking.

The only way to know is to have two groups take a random test. Have one drink cherry coke for a month at least one cup a day and the others drink no cherry coke whatsoever and see what group does better or if there are any improvements at the end of the month.

Yes! That's a good idea! I've just noticed that it may also boost happiness. Hmm... double-whammy, perhaps?

Maybe.

It's possible. I mean, the kind of music you listens to has a huge effect on you. And, the kind of food can, too.

So why wouldn't the drink? Afterall, alcohol and caffeine we knows has affects.
So why not cherry coke?

Yes, yes. But I don't recall God saying you couldn't find happiness in the things he left for us on Earth, so why not seek those out, too?

God doesn't want us to be sour grapes. Afterall, what kind of message is that to unbelievers? "Hey, come be a Christian so you can sit around, be sad, and wait to die where you can be happy!"

Horrible message that'd be. Not that Christianity is all about happiness or fun, but I think we should generally walk around with smiles on our face. That says a lot more than quoting the Bible.

Er, I think you want to be a psychologist or some kind of scientist that studies people?

...Demographer? No that's not right... but that's true as well. You'd also need some chemestry skill.

Gosh I forgot the name of it though. It's really simple, too.

Still! Imagine. You'd make a lot of money, too. All you'd have to do is say:

"Researchers found Cherry coke can improve brain stimulus in both intelligence and happiness"

And you'd be on the road to a lot of money IF you could prove it.

I'd consider it. If you could prove it, you'd have a scholarship with a million dollars attached.

I could take a survey of people who drink cherry coke. That could prove a small amout of it. How would I go about doing the rest?

It would be a hard point to prove. I'm still thinking of being in the field of writer though.

You can't get people who drink it.

You get two groups of people, and have them rate their happiness and have them take a simple intelligence test.

Then do it a month later, after one group drank cherry coke everyday.

And see if any improvements or changes occurred.

It's really sketchy.

Hmm... maybe I could get a few people to back me around here, then go about it.

And I really need scholarships. Though I'm thinking of applying for the Elie Weisel grant. But I don't think I'm Indian enough for some of the scholarships I was hoping for. But that's okay, there's many more out there.

Yeah we're not exactly financially stable, so I've gotta work my tail off to get scholarships to college.
