I heard Bano's delicate voice and had the volume on 100 to hear (which I still couldn't and had my ear super close)

Then this loud blasting unexpected voice from Q came on and it was LOUD! I was like, "HOLY COW! My Ear! My lovely ear! My ear...Ahowhowhow whowhowhwow"
