Which is nerdier? Anime or Video Games?

My brother and I argue this all the time. Why? Because he is a major video game addict and I am an animaniac. (Well, I've seen like 8 animes). So, which one do you think is nerdier? I am tired of arguing this with my bro.

I like anime and video games,but I would have to say video games are worse they get you addicted more and cost more money

video games are quite educational.

Well, they each have their own unique value really - but if I get into that this will be a marathon post, so I shall stay on topic - Which is nerdier.

To the general public anime is probably the more nerdy. This is most likely due to the fact that anime isn't as popular as gaming has become. The negative image of a squinty kid with huge, broken, black-rimmed glasses sitting in front of a screen for hours upon end, mashing buttons has all but disappeared! Women have come to be more accepted in the gaming community as well.(*gasp* Oh my, now isn't that a modern concept??)

But alas, anime is still widely misunderstood. I blame the fans who turn into fanatics and walk around their schools or down the streets, decked out in full Naruto gear.

But I must say, I am an avid gamer and also a gigatic anime dork (I have never walked around school dressed as Sakura, btw). As such, I am nerdy either way.

I am now proud to call myself the scum of the earth.

Anime is nerdier.

Video games are boringggggggggggg.

And nothing can take away from the fact that we waste precious time doing these things when we can be doing something more productive, like homework or riding a bicycle.

Unless, of course, we infuse both activities together. Like an Anime show that randomly gives you the answers to your homework or a video game that involves physical activity (much like the Wii~).

But I'm going to go ahead and say I do both because being a scum of the Earth was like my all time goal as a kid.

I'm a gamer and a anime watcher (? ) well it depends, some games are very nerdy and some animes are very nerdy, while some anime and games are cool
