effect:
sucks the opponent into a wind vortex and slices them up. when the jutsu is finished, the enimies chakra is automatically reduced to half of what it previously was.

*gets caught in the jutsu and when jutsu is finished, eats a chakra restoring herb* basically all you did was give me minor scratches everywhere.

sorry, i didn't know that that was going to happen, i play the tune and say the jutsu, the Ocarina chooses the penelty. I guess you could say it has a mind of it's own...
