The hot springs are the RP area. In fact, even the bar should be in-character posting, but you have neglected that. If you need proof, just ask Q. The rules were clearly posted at the top of my thread, so in either case, you are in the wrong here.

Wotn is not the kind of site that's strict on RP posting in any thread, really.

And No, I am not in the wrong because ideally your thread belongs in the Battle area because it's a battle.

If you had read any part of the thread other than the posts surrounding Death's, you would know that it is not a battle. You were asked to adhere to the thread's rules, but apparently you can't handle even that simple task. WotN isn't strict on RP posting in threads, you are right there. But how is WotN doing on recruiting? Or how about member activity? Just because WotN doesn't do something doesn't mean that it shouldn't be done.
WotN has fallen into a depression, and it has been that way for almost a year now, with no one taking the steps to fix it besides a handfull of members, Q included. I for one am attempting to create an RP structure in WotN that all can enjoy. If you wish not to participate, then stay out of the threads. It isn't much to ask, if people would just step down off their high-horses.
