I think that the number of evades you can have depends on your rank, you know...so higher ranks can soung more experienced in battles...
like academy students have 3 evades...genins have 6...and the kage's have the highest amount of evades cuz they're kages
just an idea I had, cuz it's no fair if a kage has to have the same amount of evades as an academy student...
and wut happens if your rank changes while you're in a fight?

I noticed Choushi and renden already had fanfic. works at the ramen shop and chaos theories section.
hmm, It would be a great idea if a seperate section for putting up fanfics/fan works was made.
