by Hang on, im a little confused.....all of the jutsu's posted here can be used by anyone within the Sand Village for when they are training, sparring, exams, battles etc.....????

Hiro has a very strong amount of chakra that he uses for this move and when he uses his sun village jutsu's combined with this one he becomes almost invincible.
Effect: Hiro forms a wall from the ground made of dirt and sand. He uses his chakra to keep it up and has a very easy time doing it after he uses his sun village techniques. The wall becomes a weapon on queue and is able to petrude from the sides and hurt the enemy.
