Well the price per avatar depends mostly on how much work I have to do on it.
But you can estimate it on this chart:
Under 100 frame avatar, no special effects, easily requested and patient customer: 10 Stats
Under 250 Frame avatar, no Special effects, easily requested and patient customer: 15 stats
Under 500 Frame avatar, no Special effects, easily requested and patient customer: 20 stats
Special effects:
If you request sprites in the avatar, that could cost you up to 30 stats. They are difficult.
Ask for it on a signature picture, you must either provide it or make me look for it, ranging from 15-20 stats extra
If you would like a super Gif Memorandum, such as the One Piece one I have in my signature, that will cost you 60 stats off the top.
Any extra effects I am not aware of, depends on when you request it.
Customer relations:
Making a non descript ava request that is really lousy or being a pain in the butt of a customer to please 10-8888 stats.
