Guys, recruiting is easy.
Step 1: Find a website where you can PM people
Step 2: Find people who like Naruto. Searching for usernames involving Naruto-ish things/people if no interests search is available is good.
Step 3: PM the people telling them to join! I like to write my message in Microsoft Word (or whatever) and paste it into the message each time.
NOTE: In some cases, spamming people with other websites is illegal, so make sure you don't PM people on a site like that if you don't want to get in trouble.
NOTE 2: If there's a forum on the site (like Gaia, for instance) make a thread and spam WotN that way.
