Just process everything.

First, reply to everyone in the bar, as quickly as possible. Then, answer all your aims as quickly as possible, and while you do this, the other people will be typing up the replies in the bar. And answer the first ones as fast as you can. That way the slower repliers wont be there too.

When it comes to a phone, just go to texting. It's better.

That's the simplest format. Don't get stuck on one convo. Even if you have to type a lot. Type it fast, and get it over with. Sectionalize things. Don't wait for a reply somewhere and not be typing to someone.

That's a rough draft of the response I guess.
