It's part of the Epic Crap section of the YB. The Chuunin Exam section will have a list of the Chuunin over the... year.

Yeah, it took them a day to figure out that we wanted to do a yearbook, and then from there it was just "What do we want in it?" We've got End of Year Awards (EYA) part 2, a yearbook part with the regular posters that send in their info, and an Epic Crap section to commemorate everything that's happened over the year and a half of WotN.

Who thought up of yearbook again, wow, time goes by o_O
