Anyone who uses racial slang generally doesn't know what they are talking about and a bigot.

Like you, I believe that it is a vile thing in all circumstances to slander any race. Even your own which I hear the most.

I agree, just because someone says something beyond racist to you (no matter what race), you can't call them one back because if you do (no matter what your race), you'll get thrown in jail or something extreme like that.
