Ooh, I could tell that. Well, it doesn't have too much differences, perhaps only when conjugating the verbs in the plural of the third person.

Ustedes is vosotros only.

And when conjugating a verb it goes like this mostly:

Present tense:
Vosotros jugáis fútbol. (Ustedes juegan fútbol.)
" habláis...
" coméis...
" cantáis...

Past tense:
Using the auxiliar verb Haber:
Vosotros habéis cantado. (Ustedes han cantado.)
" " hablado...
" " comido...
" " cantado...

Future tense:
Vosotros jugaréis fútbol. (Ustedes jugarán fútbol.)
" hablaréis...
" comeréis...
" cantaréis...

And some other little things like that.

El "me llamo" would be like "I am"

Both could be used. Even there's this another form:

I am ____________.
(Yo) Soy ___________. /Yo soh-e/ [Sometimes you just don't say the "yo", because when you say "soy" people know you're talking about you]
