Well, when I mean heavy people, I'm... like ... I wouldn't say obese, youre not obese till you can't move.. But I weigh a good 350-370, I really can't check though, scales dont go that high xD

I have just under 200 lbs of muscle, the rest is fat. xD I know, I have allready taken a weight training and conditioning class at school, that I nearly failed xD
