well, i asked for it.
it says in the scriptures that if you ask for wisdom you will receive it, but in james it says when you pray, expect a answer with all your heart or you won't get it. I just followed it and i got my spiritual gifts.

Just ask for them and trust with all your heart that you will receive them and the Holy spirit will give them to you (the ones he decides for you)
