Just to clarify for anyone who sees this, Draco is right. No jutsu may do over your ranks attack, besides he still had 3 shields, one of which could block all damage regardless of who had the higher roll.

Just because your description says that it doesn't follow the rules doesn't mean it can break the rules.
If that were the case i would make a jutsu like this-

Name: I win Jutsu
Inventor: Endless Nothing
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Kills the opponent instantly, evades and shields can not stop this jutsu.

Thus my point is proven. It does not matter what your description says, rank damage is rank damage.
