You see, so many people take it as a bad thing to be weird. Are you serious? This "normal" that so many people I know want to achieve is the worst thing you can possibly have. Normal people are boring. There is no excitement anywhere and their stereotype drives me crazy.
If you are normal, don't talk to me. Don't look at me. Why? Because you are the most annoying thing I have ever seen. The weird and dysfunctional are the ones that you always see in movies and TV.
For instance, James Bond: People love movies with James Bond in them. He's a spy, Agent 007. He runs around saving the world and spreading STDs (Come on, you don't think he's clean, do you?) to smart, sexy women where ever he goes.
Is that normal? If you say yes, please, save me the trouble and beat yourself over the head with a balloon the colored that of the pink family.
Another example, reality shows: Normal people suck at those. Lets watch Bob raise his family of 3 kids with a loving wife! Watch Bob pay his mortgage! Watch Bob eat a healthy and balanced breakfast! Trust me, the only way you would get me to watch that is if Bob ends up getting eaten by dwarfed gazzelles. Now that is entertainment.
Take it from me when I say there is no shades of gray when it comes to weirdness. If you are weird, then you are not normal. If you are normal then you are not weird in the sligthest bit and are completely normal and need to get bit dysfunctional.
So the next time someone thinks you are weird, look them straight in the eye, and say "Thank you."
