Crispin's 3rd poem

A Promise

I stand upon the edges of the rocky...descent below to the seas..beautiful and untameful waves....waiting like a tree for their blossoms...i see you greet me like...like the glorious dove u are....on the night of this austere moon...shining down on two humans....

You make a promise to me....to forever be with me....protecting like the mother of a cub....we vow our love to each other.....hand intertwined in hand....my eyes..shining...with the hope of this moment...engraving into my soul...you bringing out the joyful me...like the spring of a new tommorow...

After that faithful night...as the weeks and months past by....i return to this save haven...where i fell for you..like a shooting star..plummeting to the earth...I wait...each night coming back to this same spot...I mumble...
"a promise..u will continue to keep ur promise"...i know u will...

This trusting bond that the two share grows estatically...and one day in late August when the moon has just outstretched it arms into the sky....
I see a distant figure walking towards me...my overjoyed heart shining in my eyes...i run to you..in embrace of long lost love....

You bear something...in the posession of ur hands...."Here, i told you i have not forgotten your promise, and this is my promise to you to forever be with you.".......A ring....as he slips on this ring...he solemnly.. swears...
whispering..."my promise...i won't let you be all by yourself..my sparrow"
