Name: Claws of the Wolf

Effect: Claws of ice form on the user's hands and feet. Tipped with poison, 5 hp for 5 turns is subtracted for each hit the claws make on the victims skin. After the victim's blood contacts the claws' surface, they become nearly impossible to melt, unless the user is defeated or melts the claws intentionally, the claws will stay.

The left over water is absorbed by the user and in turn transfers an evade from the opponent to the user. Does not work if the opponent has no evades left. Causes no rank damage.

Name: Inoue (Snowing Knives)
Type: Ninjutsu
Chakra Usage: Medium
Inventor: MissKat
Effect: 10 excruciatingly cold, thin knives are created and attack the opponent, going through the opponent's skin in several places. These knives fuse with the opponent's skin and stay there for 10 turns. During each of the 10 turns a knive comes out, taking 5HP from the opponent and giving it to the user.

Effect: User spins at a high speed, forming a tornado, User, in center of tornade, releases ice shards that fire out of tornado at high speeds.

For future reference. It does not matter how many jutsu of any type you use in one post, you will only deal rank damage + the damage from projectiles and nothing more.

To explain further, i could use every jutsu in my jutsu list in a single post and the grand total attack power of all of them combined in that one post will only be my ranks damage.

So, say I post three jutsus, I don't make 3 times my rank damage?

No you do not, the three of them combined will only deal your ranks damage.
