Sheshi is right. Punches and kicks are taijutsu so even if you pair them with a ninjutsu or genjutsu they will still only deal a total of your ranks damage.

Background: Hiro learned this technique after he exploded with rage during a fight, and extreme heat erupted from him completely obliterating his opponent. His Father never knew of this move, so this move is considered special to only Hiro himself. It is a move used as a last resort and does inflicting damage to Hiro also.
Effect: Hiro becomes extremely hot and explodes with an enormous amount of energy resembling a spot on the Sun. Move is very hard to avoid, because of the amount of unseen radiation given off. Does double the rank damage and rank damage to himself. Leaves battlefield a barren wasteland.
