Name: Icy Intolerance
Inventor: knssquad
Chakra: Medium
Effect: A forcefield of sorts that when formed any chakra inside the barrier that does not belong to the user is immediately repelled, canceling out foreign jutsus. If the user allows, people inside of the barrier will be drained of chakra, which is then destroyed. Certain signature chakra can be "granted access" and will not be rejected if the user allows it. Also extends underground, preventing jutsus from attacking underneath.

Effect: Ice forms around object, taking shape of various things. Ex. shuriken becomes scythe. If ice is broken, water droplets in the air freeze and form around object again, thus, regenerating.

Effect: Stamina is litterally sucked out of the victim. The effect is that 2 of the evades the victim has in battle become the user's until the end of the battle. At the end of the battle, stamina returns back to the victim and the evades come back under the victim's use for later battles.

Effect: Snowflakes would come down and repeatedly cut the victim. This would weaken the victim so that other jutsus could be inflicted.
Background: This was created to help the process of inficting powerful jutsus.

Effect: A special type of blue fire that has a few of the characteristics of ice. Cannot be put out like any normal fire. Water added to fire makes the fire bigger and the burning worse.

Name: Mugentsume (Hector)
Effect: Mugentsume is in human shape, however the biggest difference is that has three mouths, one on top of each other.
Its main weapons are concealed in each of its three mouths. In each mouth is a different scroll that summons the weapon. In the top mouth the scroll summons a giant harpoon. The harpoon is about 4' long and about 4" thick. It is connected to a reel by a chain so that you can shoot with it more than once. In the middle mouth, the scroll unleashes a torrent of poisoned senbon needles. In the lower mouth, the scroll summons 9 poisoned steel spikes. The steel spikes are about 9' long and have a range of about 25'. The secondary weapons are: Fingers that shoot out a single extra large senbon needle each; a cache of about 25 kunai with attached explosive tags attached that is released through the palms.
Damage: Harpoon: -15 Damage; Needles: -15 Damage (Cannot be evaded by equal rank or below); Spikes: -15(all At Once) Damge Secondary Weapons: (Rank)+5 Damage Each.
