As long as I can read it in a single sitting, (preferably not a long sitting so nothing that'll take hours to read) then it's fine.

go on FFN, look up James D. Fawkes, and click any of his amazing stories. A single chapter took me 3 days to read. (not 3 days straight, but you get it)

We learned how to read fast in school once, it was really easy after a few times, and a regular page only took a few seconds to read trough. It's not particulary good if you are reading story, but it's awesome when it comes to information gathering.

Anyway, why don't we ask him how long the fics he usually reads are?

I really don't mind, 15 pages max seems alright to me, but it isn't set in stone. If they end up longer than that then it'll just take longer to pick a winner.
